Hanya dalam 3 jam, kami bersama tim hebat Plastic Fischer mengumpulkan 55 kg plastik, styrofoam, dan popok dari sungai di Bandung.
Itu bukan kejutan. Itu kenyataan.

Karena masalah sesungguhnya bukan di sungai, tapi di pola pikir.
Plastic Fischer paham betul: mereka tidak hanya membersihkan, mereka juga membangun.

Di Veritas Edukasi Lingkungan, kami percaya pendidikan adalah garis pertahanan pertama. Tanpa perubahan perilaku, berapa pun sungai dibersihkan, hasilnya tidak akan pernah cukup.

Ya, kami membersihkan sungai. Tapi yang lebih penting, kami menjadikannya ruang belajar — untuk bertanya, berdialog, dan membuka mata.
Sebab polusi plastik tidak dimulai di laut. Ia dimulai dari kita.

You can clean rivers every day — but if people keep dumping, what’s the point?

In just 3 hours, we pulled 55 kg of plastic, styrofoam, and diapers from a river in Bandung with the amazing team at Plastic Fischer. 
That’s not surprising, it's expected. 

Because the real problem isn’t in the river. It’s in the mindset.
Plastic Fischer gets this. They don’t just clean, they build.

At Veritas Edukasi Lingkungan, we believe education is the first line of defense. If we don’t shift public behavior, no amount of cleanup will ever be enough.

So yes, we cleaned a river. But more importantly, we used that moment to educate — to question, to talk, to show.
Because plastic pollution doesn’t start in the ocean. It starts with us.
